Tasting Notes 

THe shining ruby red view, tends to take garnet tones with age. On the nose are aromas of ripe fruit, accompanied by floral notes, especially purple and spicy notes. On mouth we perceive a balanced tannin, followed by strong flavour skillfully balanced by a remarkable acidity. 

Food Pairing 

Great with main courses of red meat, lamb and strong cheeses
