Tasting Notes

The Intense ruby red view tends to garnet over time. The nose very rich and spicy, with the hints of ripe berry. Leather and flint. Balanced, not aggressive tannins and pleasing smoothness

Excellent with a cold cuts and cheese platter, ideal with beef tagliata, game meat, great with lamb chops
